Limited Builder Warranty of Fireside Home Construction

In connection with the executed construction agreement for a project builder makes the following limited warranty, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Limited Builder warranty”:

During the one (1) year period beginning on the warranty date or date of certificate of occupancy, the home will be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials, and will be free from defects caused by faulty installation of plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, or ventilating systems, exclusive of  appliances which are covered by the manufacturer.

Fireside Home Construction feels very strongly about delivering a product that meets the client’s and our expectations.  If any issues come up we will quickly and efficiently address any needs.
