We have a competitive advantage because we are driven by systems and processes to be sure that each and every job is executed in a well-organized fashion that utilizes an efficient and detail oriented process to be sure the client has a wonderful building experience. This happens in the following steps:
Initial introduction to the client and preliminary discussion about the client’s needs and goals. Preliminary budget discussions for project viability also take place at this stage.
Review and execute a planning and budgeting agreement with Fireside Home Construction
Determination about specific goals and selection of a designer or architect to provide construction drawings/ plans as necessary.
Work with design professional to develop and revise plans.
Development of a very specific and highly detailed scope of work including all materials and content selection.
Develop a complete guaranteed budget to go along with all the plans and specs so we can provide a guaranteed budget. Note: Some unique projects may require a timer and material budget determination if they are not straight forward in nature of have a number of unknowns.
Finalize specifications and final budget with the client and make any adjustments as necessary.
Sign Construction agreement and collect appropriate pre-construction payment to order materials.
