We started by demolishing the old homestead that served them well for many decades. On the same site overlooking a stream, we built a super-insulated slab on grade foundation, utilizing shallow frost protected footings, and radiant in-floor heat. On top of the foundation sits another beautiful Riverbend Timber Frame home. Again, we utilized Insulspan structural insulated wall and roof panels, high performance Anderson Windows, and high-efficiency lighting. This system was designed with a combination Water Furnace heating and cooling system with radiant and forced air heat. The final product provides a warm and cozy living experience, a high-performance home, and a gorgeous serene country setting for complete homeowners satisfaction and enjoyment.
